Kenyan contributors for AI training, tested before you meet them.

AlgoCracked recruits, tests and manages contributors in Kenya for AI-training and data firms, on demand for each project: engineers, domain experts and writers who compare, correct and write model output. You set the bar. We bring people who clear it, with the evidence attached.

01

Source

We recruit to your brief when the project starts (field, language, task type, hours) through AlgoCracked and our own channels in Kenya.

02

Test

Every candidate takes our AI-training assessment. Coding projects add problems solved on a real code judge and recorded mock interviews. Scores are computed on our servers, not self-reported.

03

Shortlist

You see each candidate’s scores and work samples before anyone starts, shared with the candidate’s consent. You set the bar; we only send people who clear it.

04

Manage

Onboarding and a single point of contact in Nairobi, on East Africa Time, for as long as the project runs.

Assessed on the work itself.

Our assessment is the job in miniature, scored on our servers against a fixed key, with one attempt per person. You get each candidate's answers, not just a number, so your own reviewers can check our judgement.

Comparison
Pick the better of two model answers, name the main reason, and justify it in writing.
Error spotting
Find every wrong sentence in a model answer. Scored on precision and recall, so guessing costs points.
Writing
Write the answer an assistant should have given. Read by a person, not keyword-scored.
Coding
For code projects: problems solved and acceptance rate on our judge, plus mock-interview scores.

Why Kenya.

We are a Nairobi company, on East Africa Time, and we know how people here study, work remotely and get paid.

How we handle contributor data
English and Swahili
English is an official language and the language of university teaching, alongside Swahili and many local languages.
Time zone
East Africa Time (UTC+3) covers the European working day and US mornings.
Graduates
A large, young, university-educated workforce in engineering, health, law and finance.
Clear data law
The Data Protection Act, 2019 sets consent and erasure rules. We follow them for every contributor.

Start with a pilot.

Tell us the task type, languages, expertise and volume. We recruit and test a first cohort to your bar, you review every candidate's results, and you decide whether to scale. We recruit for each project rather than selling access to a standing pool, so every contributor is matched and tested against your brief, and early partners can shape the assessment to their own task types.

Tell us about the project.
