1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and payment details when you create an account or subscribe. We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, problems attempted, session duration, and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the AlgoCracked platform, personalize your learning experience, process payments, send relevant communications, and ensure platform security. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and research purposes.

We send two kinds of email. Essential account emails — such as your welcome message, receipts, security notices, and replies to messages you send us — are part of the service and are always delivered. Optional emails include newsletters, product and feature announcements, a reminder to solve your first problem, a note if you left a checkout unfinished, a getting-started guide after you upgrade, a proactive offer of help if you hit an error, or a friendly nudge if you've been away. Public newsletter signups require confirmation by email, and account holders can control these messages in profile settings. Every optional email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all non-essential messages immediately while keeping essential account emails intact.

3. Cookies and Tracking

AlgoCracked uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform, including payment processors, analytics providers, and hosting services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

5. Error Monitoring & Analytics

To keep the platform reliable, we use Sentry (a third-party error-monitoring processor) to capture technical error and performance diagnostics — such as stack traces, the page or action that failed, browser and device type, and, for a signed-in user, the account identifier. We do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or payment card details to Sentry. If we enable optional session replay, it is configured to mask all text you type and to block media, so it never records the content of form fields. These processors act on our behalf under a data-processing agreement and may only use the data to operate and improve the service.

We also use PostHog (a third-party product-analytics processor) to understand how the platform is used — for example which pages and features are visited and clicked — so we can improve it. For a signed-in user this may be associated with the account identifier and email. We do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or payment card details to PostHog. If we enable optional session replay, it is configured to mask every text input and to block password and payment fields from being recorded, so it never captures what you type into forms. When you are signed in we associate this analytics and error-diagnostic activity with your account identifier (and, for support, your email); when you sign out that association is cleared on your device. PostHog acts on our behalf under a data-processing agreement and may only use the data to operate and improve the service.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights
