1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AlgoCracked, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years of age to use AlgoCracked.
3. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features of AlgoCracked require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on AlgoCracked, including problems, solutions, learning materials, and visualizations, is the intellectual property of AlgoCracked or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission. Code you write and submit remains yours.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: sharing account access, scraping or automating access to content, attempting to circumvent security measures, harassing other users, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
AlgoCracked is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
